Premised: the Deontological Code picks up the principles and the norms that all enrolled chemists are kept to observe to guardianship of dignity and the professional decorum.
Art. 1. The pharmacist owes:
1) to practice own professional activity in the appropriate place to dignity and the decorum of the quality of sanitary.
2) developing the role of sanitary educator holding always in mind the sick laws and the respect of life.
3) to be always careful and sensitive to social and sanitary necessities that can be revealed in the accomplishment of his profession.
4) to always hold a consistent behavior to the proper such role to not bring in any case discredit to the profession.
5) to constantly adjourn the own scientific knowledges.
6) respecting the line of professional nature enunciated from the National Federation of the Orders of the Pharmacists and from the Order of affiliation to him.
Relations With The Teachers it is With The Trainees
Art. 2. The chemist is kept to the respect of those people that they were him teachers. The pharmacist welcomes training pre- and post-degree imparting them the necessary technical instructions and constituting moral example over that professional.
Relations With The Citizens
Art. 3. The pharmacist, in any professional action and in any case in the activity of suggestion, in the contest of the law, and in developing his Art it always owes to act according to science and conscience. The pharmacist must use courtesy and availability toward the citizens, to lend the help allowed by the law and suggested by the feelings of human solidarity. The pharmacist must keep in mind that its profession will be always trend to protect the state of health of the patients understanding as condition of physical and psychic comfort.
Art. 4. The chemist is kept to give opportune elucidations, around the content, therapeutic activity, dosage, formalities and the times of administration, contro-indications and the collateral effects, the incompatibilities of whatever nature of the distributed medicines; moreover he must recommend those essential hygienic-alimentary norms for the correct one to evolve of therapy and for the maintenance of the state of health.
Art. 5. The pharmacist owes, in the accomplishment of the profession to create conditions to be able to give suggestions and hint to clients in reserved manner.
Relations With The Physicians, Veterinarians And Others Sanitary
Art. 6. The chemist in the exercise of the profession and in the interest of the patients, must follow to the principle of the mutual respect and the safeguard of specific competences towards the others sanitary.
Art. 7. The pharmacist always owes to put to disposition of collegues the fruit of his professionalism and own experiences and he owes to favor the meeting with others sanitary to the purpose of a mutual exchange of knowledges and information.
Art. 8. The chemist must abstain from criticizing operate of the others sanitary, and, in case of observations about a prescription, and kept to address to the sanitary directly.
Art. 9. The chemist can not operate some form of publicity in favor of professions, arts and sanitary structures.
Art. 10. In the relationships with the others sanitary he must not subsist mutual economic interest for which the pharmacist can not stimulate, in some form, the medical or veterinary prescriptions.
Professional relationships With Collegues
Art. 11. The pharmacist's relationships with collegues they must be stamped to the maximum correctness and cordiality in the scrupulous respect of the roles, circles of competence and spheres of affairs. Possible divergences and controversies are go resolved through direct contacts and, in case of negative result submitted to the evaluation of the professional order.
Art. 12. The regular or manager of pharmacy must watch over on activity and on the behavior of the own collaborators establishing, towards collegues, a relationship that favors the professional collaboration.

Art.14. To the chemist it is forbidden to organize forms of hoarding of prescriptions near medical surgeries or veterinarians and near every other structure, which realizes actions of reprehensible highly disloyal competition. The chemist or manager of pharmacy, can stick to initiatives generalized of delivery of the medicines to domicile to particular conditions and for particular subjects, always that they have had the assent of the Order of affiliation.
Professional secret
Art. 15. The chemist is kept to maintain the professional secret on facts and circumstances of which comes to knowledge for reasons for his activity. Relations With Authority And Sanitary Corporate body.
Art. 16 the pharmacist, attended his role of sanitary operator, he collaborates with the authorities assisting in the attainment of their objectives and participates to initiatives of sanitary education,pharmaceutical vigilance, prevention, defense of the environment and civil protection. The pharmacist must entertain, with colleagues that they practice the profession within the Public Administration, relationships of collaboration in the respect of the own roles and in the awareness of being, to parity of professional dignity, integral part of the national sanitary system. The pharmacist participates in the initiatives promoted from the Institutions, from the National Federation of the Orders of the pharmacists and from the Provincial order, to the goals of the amelioration of the service and the image of the profession. The chemist participates in the life of the proper professional Order.
About Pharmacy
Art. 17. The chemist exerciting in the pharmacy is kept to wear the white uniform on which the professional badge is visible, adopted by the National Federation of the Orders of the Pharmacists and distributed by the professional order. The professional badge can be used only from the affiliate to the roll that they practice the profession in the public or private structures where is provided the pharmacist's figure.
Art. 18. The holder or manager of the pharmacy must take care of that the exercise is organized in suitable way to the role that the pharmacy is called to develop in the society, holding always foresees its nature of sanitary garrison.
Art. 19 the holder or manager of the pharmacy must take care of that any form of present publicity in the proper exercise is legitimate and conforming to the professional ethics over that to the actual normative. The pharmacist if comes to knowledge of publicity that doesn't answer to the criterions above it will give of it to signaling to the order of affiliation. It is not allowed some relative publicity to the proper exercise to the chemist and / or professional activity that is not conforming to the norms of the rule of discipline of the publicity formulated from the National Federation of the Pharmacists Orders.
Art. 20 the holder or manager of the pharmacy must abstain to prepare showcases that give a non consistent image to the primary role of sanitary garrison that every exercise pharmaceutical is called, for law, to develop.
Art. 21. The pharmacy must reject, with courtesy but firmly, the applications of medicines without prescribes medical or veterinary prescriptions to it or compiled on deprived recipes of the requisite established by the law. Art. 22. In case of doubtful or incongruous prescription the pharmacist is kept to take contacts with the physician or veterinary prescriptor before the consignment of the recipe in reserved form and in spirit of collaboration; if this is not possible it, must invite the applicant to consult the sanitary prescriptor.

Art. 27.Is done obligation to you Order to divulge to have the contained dispositions respected in the present Deonthological Code and in the Rule of discipline of the publicity of the pharmacy, that constitutes part of it integral to him.
